The webinar will be hosted tomorrow on National Youth Day 2023 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has urged all the higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the country to encourage students to participate in webinar on celebration of National Youth Day held by the controller general patents, designs and trademarks office under the ministry of commerce and industry. The webinar will be hosted tomorrow on National Youth Day 2023 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
“The life of Swami Vivekananda was devoted to national reawakening and he inspired the youth to work towards national renaissance,” the UGC said. To mark this occasion, the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks is going to launch the 'IP Manthan' series.
“Periodic discussions will be organized under the IP Manthan series on the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) vis-i-vis the economic and cultural development of the country. To begin with, the issue of 'how youth can contribute towards the field of IPRs' will be taken up for the discussion on January 12, 2023 by eminent panelists,” it said in a notice.
“The higher educational institutions are requested to encourage the students/youth to participate in the webinar. The webinar will be held between 3 pm to 4.30 pm.
