SSC CPO 2020-21 Paper-II exam postponed; check details here
SSC CPO 2020 Paper-II exam has been postponed by SSC. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on July 12. As the exam has been postponed, the admit card which was expected to be released in June has been delayed.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed SSC CPO 2020 Paper-II exam. The exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on June 12, 2021. The new exam dates will be announced by the commission soon. SSC CPO 2020 admit card which was expected to be released in June has now been delayed. A total of 2239 female and 25,962 male candidates were shortlisted for appearing in Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Endurance Test (PET) of SSC CPO 2020. Candidates who will qualify PET/PST will appear for the Paper-II exam.
Earlier, SSC had postponed SSC CPO 2019-20 Paper-II exam, scheduled to be conducted on May 8, 2021, due to surge in COVID-18 cases. Initially, this exam was scheduled to be conducted on March 26. However, SSC had postponed the exam to May 8, 2021, due to the Assembly Elections 2021 in some states/UT. Again, the exam was postponed. A total of 508 female candidates and 5446 male candidates had qualified for appearing in the SSC CPO 2019-20 Paper-II exam.

The Paper-II of SSC CPO comprises 200 objective-type questions from English Language and Comprehension. The duration of the test is two hours. Questions are designed to test the candidates' understanding and knowledge of English Language. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
