Best ICAR-approved Agriculture Colleges in India with Annual Fee: Admission Process

ICAR offers UG, PG, and JRF/PhD courses. Admission to these courses is based on an entrance examination. A separate examination is conducted for all degrees. Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate (UG) courses need to appear for and qualify the CUET UG, and for postgraduate courses (PG), the ICAR AIEEA (PG). Those who want to pursue JRF/PhD must qualify in AICE-JRF/SRF(PhD). These are national-level exams and are conducted annually. They have different criteria, syllabus, and pattern. Moreover, the National Testing Agency conducts all three exams. Candidates who qualify in their respective exam need to participate in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) counselling for the admission process.
