The 2D and 3D career opportunities are many nowadays and spanning various industries such as film, television, video games, advertising, and web design. Some of the roles are, Animator, Storyboard artist, Modeler, Rigging artist, Texture artist, Lighting artist, Compositors and a VFX artist. So as 3D animation becomes more popular there are positions in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) too.
