AAT eligibility cannot be changed. Only the candidates who clear the JEE Advanced can appear for AAT.

Candidates were advised to check the AAT eligibility before applying for the examination. The criteria have been listed below for the candidate's reference:
- Candidates should have qualified JEE Advanced .
- Along with securing a valid rank in JEE Advanced, the candidates should also meet the basic academic eligibility criteria of the examination.

No, you cannot apply for AAT exam if you have disqualifed in the JEE Advanced.

If you have qualified in JEE Mains paper 1 or JEE Mains paper 2 then you can take up JEE Advanced exams. An architecture aspirant can take up JEE Advanced AAT to get admission in IIT's.
