According to my knowledge, Acharya Institute of Technology is better for pursuing MBA. You will get good facilities there and placement too.

After your BBA, I can assure you that you can get a job in India. To get an internship or placement, only BBA degree won't help you because of huge competition as you are aware of it. Especially aboard, they mostly entertain MS students. So, if you want to get placed aboard, I would suggest that you pursue a postgraduate degree like MBA so you will be having an edge to get placed aboard.
