Yes, you can do CA without graduation but I will suggest that to do graduation with CA and usually people opt for B.Com or B.Com honours course because CA student doesn't have to study for B.Com. But, if you don't want to attend college then just go for the distance college where you have to give exam of B.Com only.

If you are in B.Com final year then prepare for direct CA intermediate because after graduation there is a option of direct entry route to give CA intermediate exam and you don't have to appear for foundation. So I will to prepare for CA intermediate. All the best.

No, Delhi University doesn't provide CA course. Infact, any person cannot do CA in a college or university because CA is a professional degree, you have registered with ICAI ( Institute of Chartered accountants of India).

Yes, you can go for B.Pharma after your class 12th. Having a gap doesn't make any kind of difference. Eligibility criteria in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in class 12th and you must have to clear some entrance test to get admission into the college. All the best.

Sri Venkateshwara college is a good one actually. There are total 466 seats for B.Com in this college. If it is especially for OBC category they have 105 seats alloted to them. Internship Opportunities in that college are very good.
