No, they did not provide the facility for in house category for unaided courses and M.Com is a unaided course, that's why you are not able to use inhouse category here, enen if you are student of Mithibai college.

You can surely apply in this college for BCA admission. There are no any special subject criteria to take admission in this course. Every stream students can apply for BCA. It is a three year degree course.

No, many colleges provide it in morning also, every course is taught in both shifts, but mostly all the colleges are morning college, so B.Com (Hons) ) was also taught in other shift also.

Yes, you can get admission in private colleges, but for getting admission in reputed college, minimum percentage required is 60 %. but some private college take admission on the basis of interview, so yes you can take admission.
