Yes, you can get admission in a college under PU (PUNJAB UNIVERSITY) through the CUET. The best college are DAV college, GURUNANAK KHALSA COLLEGE and Gopichand Arya college.

The major finance stream programmes such as Chartered Accountancy, CA Company Secretaries, CS Chartered Financial Analyst etc. are run by their respective institutes and are thus different from general graduation and postgraduation programmes of arts and Science streams.

The fees structure is very good. It's almost 5000 for first year for second year it could be around 3500 and around for third year, it is under 5000.

Yes but only limited university and the eligibility criteria is that you have to pass aggregate 50% in Diploma (management/commerce/economics). .

Sorry bro but you can not join the B.Com course because you did not pass the 12th class but you can pass the 12th class form open learning and then you can apply for the UG course and please when you do 12th form open learning you should take the commerce stream or the Science stream for taking the B.Com course.

Yes, a candidate with an M.Com EAFM (Master of Commerce in Economics, Accounting, and Finance) degree is eligible to appear for the Indian Economic Services (IES) exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
