Hi Jyot! When class 12th Marks are taken into consideration for college entrance they are inclusive of both theory and practical. So practical marks plays an important role as theory marks. But if we talk about current NEP class 12 marks are no more considered for universities like BHU,DU,JMU etc.

Yes, you can get a refresher course in commerce through online. There is a college named Ramanujan college where you can join. But the rules are very registration is mandatory for participating in it. You should get at least 50 percentage in activities so you can get a Certificate. NOC or leave is not allowed for programme. This is it.

Asmita college of Arts and commerce for women is good college. It provides quality higher education to young women students. When come to fee structure, the college cost around INR 40,000 every year. The teaching faculty are very experienced, they clear each and every doubt of the students.

The fees structure is different from one college and other. According to me, there will be less budget in the government colleges. The total budget of B.Com will be less than 25,000. But if we go to any private colleges, the fees structure is very high. It goes around 2 lacs for the whole course. I would prefer government colleges for study purpose. They also teach the same. But cleanliness is not maintained properly in government colleges. That's the only difference between them.

Yes, it is good for B.Com but I don't know exactly that Honours is available in Alliance University. You should take an entrance exam called Alliance entrance exam to get qualify in it. It also sees your academic progress through school, College and extra-curricular activities and the performance on the specific day.
