BCOM honours m mainly ek accounts, management, and law ka paper ho sakta h ab wo college aur University wise differ karta h .

The best university is of course which almost everyone knows about is Delhi University, then comes BHU, ALU and others. Most of the top colleges of Delhi University are mainly north and south campus colleges like Hindu, hansraj etc.

You can look over the cutoff list of different colleges under Delhi university. B.Com programme in most of colleges are 98%. 82 cutoff is there in some of the colleges.
