No you can't directly join IIM Visakhapatnam after completing your 10 + 2 because for their PGPEx programme, you must have a master's degree with at least 55% aggregate and a full time work experience of three-year to get admission.

CA should be the best for your valuable future. Being a CA either you can start the practice of your own, or else you can easily join a firm and start serving them. Both gives you a very good package.
