For any course the minimum requirement of marks is 50%, if you are looking for any particular college you can apply for it, but if you are looking for B.Com you have to better and improve your Maths.

Yes, you can get admission in GGDSD College, Chandigarh with your marks, as mostly 50 - 60 % is required to get admission there in any of the course, and you can get admission there even without Maths but you need English this criteria is for BBA. But for BCA to need Maths to be your subject to get admission in it.

No, it is not compulsory to have maths in your 12th to get admission in BCOM program, but if you opt for B.Com honors program then in some university they ask maths as your subject in 10 + 2.

Hello,
Wether you can get admission for b.com depends upon the college. Like if the colleges have an entrance exam then you have a chance for it. Otherwise you can apply for scholarahip programs
