Unfortunately the academic year 2022-23 has been started, though you can try getting admission in various college In Ahmedabad either u can try online inquiry or visit the college offline.

No, students with commerce background are not eligible for agricultural course
I suggest you to do any Certificate course on agriculture, or by some experienced person who is well known for agricultural practices.

Generally fees of B.Com depends upon the college in which you have taken admission though the general fees is starts from 20000-150000/-. .

Yes, you can get admission in college who provide distance or correspondence admission in B.Com though while getting admission u have to recheck with the college and ask about the distance and correspondence admission facility is provided by them or not.

Yes, you can most probably get admission to DU with 83.5% and be in a general category. But as per past year new rule was added that to get admission u have to clear CUET entrance exam.

Yes, you can change your college in second year but you cant do it in the national level colleges like NIT's, IIT's or other deemed universities. In local.

Yes toh can get admission in B.Com in DU as your percentage are good and u can apply for B.Com in du easily though as u mentioned the category the category won't be the issue.

The timing of college depends upon on the college in which u have taken admission degree college mostly prefer the morning schedule time where mostly colleges starts from 7 or 8 till 10/11 am in the morning.
