Sorry to say this but, unfortunately, based on the minimum criteria of 50% marks, it is unlikely that you will be granted admission to top colleges and therefore you may not be eligible to sit for the CAT exam.
However, you still have the option to pursue the MAT exam. If you achieve a commendable score, chances are that you may secure a seat in select institutions such as Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Christ University etc.

For Amity Noida BCom (Hons) course, candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 70% (65% for Sponsored category students).

The eligibility for the M.Com at (IGNOU) is different for diffrent courses:
For M.Com, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant field from a recognised university. Regarding your situation, your B.Com degree is not finished yet and have pending papers from the previous year, it is mandatory to clear your B.Com degree first.When you will clear your all papers, you will automatically becomee eligible for M.Com.
