The cutoff for B.Com at I.G. Government College for the General category - 94.4%
Another reserved category - 87.4%
So B.com has highest cutoff ranking in this college and has good infrastructure so you just go for it

The fees for B com at ASC Degree College for full course duration is around INR 52500 for 3 years. And for taking admission in this college, required percentage is 60 in 10+2 so, your son can easily take admission in this college.

No you cannot apply for B.Arch course without studying 12th with Science stream. I will suggest you to do BBA then MBA course. BBA course will give you an exposure in management field.
