The cutoff for general category students are-55%
There is a relaxation in cut off for sc/st students -50%

Yes, you can but there are some conditions like
Must have done B.Com and have attain qualifying marks. If you belong to General Category -50%
For OBC category -45%
For SC category - 40%. .

The fee structure is about Rs. 45,000 annually and you will get some scholarship also after giving entrance test.

This is the most reasonable fee structure. I would highly recommend it. It is about Rs. 22,500 annually. You can easily pay it out.

PPC College has quite a reasonable fee structure for B.Com which is INR 12,200 per semester. But for M.Com, their fee is INR 41,275 annually which means in total duration of course fees would be Rs. 82,550.
