the fee structure at New Arts,Commerce and Science College,Ahmednagar for Ph.D. in Mathematics is given below by the table.
Every department has its own fee structure.
You can see with the help of this table mentioned below:-
COURSE and its FEES are given below
BBA - 17,740 (1st Year Fees)
M.Sc - 10,455 (1st Year Fees)
BA - 3,065 (1st Year Fees)
B.Sc - 3,370 (1st Year Fees)
MA - 3,605 (1st Year Fees)
Ph.D - 36,100 (1st Year Fees)
Certification - 3,930 (Total Fees)

At least 60% should be maintained from the 10th standard to get admission in Indra college of commerce and Science.
