If you wish to go after your B.Com then the first 4 Papers in foundation will be exempted and you can get a direct admission in intermediate Course after you B.Com completion. But if u want to do well in B.Com you can give your foundation in first attempt and Get a Rank because Almost all the portions are similar or only the level of difficulty is bit advanced than your B.Com level.
