Hi,
Of course you can study M.Sc in computer Science. A lot many students do pursue this course. You have to give TOEFL/IELTS exam and prepare a very good cv/resume for the top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Princeton etc. Other universities may take admission thorough an entrance exam. It directly affect your degree, as you have to give exams next year, so your degree will get late. That's the main problem.

If you are ready to leave your B.Com, then why not just go for degree course, as it will give you more knowledge and practical skills than Diploma course. But, if you want to pursue your current B.Com and want to do event management on part-time than go for Diploma, but from a good institute. All the best.
