Your session will be December to December you should sign in the student website to get in touch with the notifications. http://ignou.ac.in/ignou/studentzone

You can do an M.Sc in finance or just give the CAT exam and do well there to take admission in any MBA college and take finance as your specialization course and then do banking.

Hello,
Admission procedure is different for different colleges. Some take entrance exam like SRCC, GGSIPU etc. while some take cut offs. You have to check the college website for exact information.
