Hello,
If you are doing PGDM then you will have to go through lots of training and classroom lectures which will consume the most of your time and you will not get extra time to prepare for CS, but if you are in an average MBA college, pursuing MBA, and you are good at catching concepts then you can think for CS.

Yes, hotel management is good and very demanding course these days. In addition, if you have some knowledge of C+, it would easier to pursue this course. In my opinion, you should get admission in hotel management as it has good placements and growth prospects.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits, so it is advisable that keeping in mind ones personality one decided the specialization. For example- if you are an extrovert and like interacting with people and being on field the Sales & Mkt could be the option. It you are good in people management & counseling then HR could be a preference. If you are good in managing & organizing / coordination then Operations could be a preference.
So, please evaluate your personality traits & also check with your friends & relatives on your strengths & then take a call.
