It actually doesn't make any difference, because the degree you'll get is of Delhi University, your college won't be even written on it.

You can do commerce with Economics, as it is a more specialized course, language will help mostly, if you want to go outside India. But, communication with Economics will get you better jobs in India.

Maximum: 199 cutoff must, if your cutoff is 199 sure you will get PSG College of tech or else you can't. * The very basic eligibility criteria is that you should have completed class 10+2 or equivalent exam.
