It is better to go for VIT, as VIT is ranked as the top private institute and even the placements for CSE comes with high packages, the education is really great with updated curriculum meeting the requirements of industries.

you belong to general category and cut-off for general in B.Com is very high (89%+).
So you can't get admission in Delhi University.
For more information regarding admission process visit Delhi University website.
You can go for another course

We cannot compare BCA and B.Com because they both are different paths. If you have interest in computer programming and all then you can apply for BCA and if you don't have interest in computers, then you can go for B.Com.
