The eligibility criteria to appear in the CS Executive June 2019 exam is as follows:
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age. Candidates who are graduates (except in fine arts) or Postgraduates can apply for CS Executive programme. First-year appearing graduates can also appear provisionally.

There are many areas where you can go after 12th with commerce stream.
B.Com with Finance and Accountancy. CS or CA
BBA - in Finance / Later can do MBA in finance.

According to your percentage, there may be chances of getting admission in B.Com in S.D. College.

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the colleges until you complete your 12th. Therefore, if you clear 12th maths' compartment then you can take admission in any degree in any college.

It is not possible for you to get admission for CSE in any of the NITs. You can only go for other government colleges or private institutes if you want to pursue CSE.
If you want to pursue other branches then you can get admission in any of the NITs.
