Yes there are chances that you will get CSE in Nitte, Bangalore with 10,000 rank in comedk in 2nd or extended round if you don't get it you will get ISE for sure.Hope you got your answer.

After going through your description, I would say that there is no reason for a company to not shortlist you for their placements. Provided you are able to explain your history in the best possible way. Highlight your experiences and justify it with key reasons. In the end, companies really don't care whether you have a gap of one year or so, they look for candidates that suit the companies requirements, such as knowledge, skills, attitude, etc.
