Better to take re-exam, as eligibility criteria to sit in the exam for LLB is 45%. But, you can still apply in private colleges and DU CCSU.

It will not possible for 2019 batch, as the admission has already been closed by the college, but for the procedure all you have to fill is their online registration form available on their official website in admission column.

Yes, you can do B.Com there is no restriction on changing the stream, if you had maths there is a lot of scope after doing B.Com. You can join any company on job easily you can get placed and it also go for higher studies and then research.All the best.

Yes you can definitely get a college in North Campus for doing B.Com (Hons). There are high chances that you will get one but still I would suggest you to take admission in some of the colleges in south. I'll also list the colleges in North Campus for you that are well-known Shri Ram College of Commerce, Miranda House, sgtb Khalsa, Hansraj, Hindu, Ramjas, Kirori Mal. This is the list of colleges in North Campus which are giving you B.Com Honours and I think you can get admission in B.Com Honours. If you are getting in South Campus then I think you can go for colleges like Sri Venkateswara. It's really good and in seventh or eighth cut

Your Score is enough for eligibilty criteria to get admission in DAV College Chandigarh because eligibility criteria is 50%. So, you will get admission easily.

Both have numerous opportunities, but what you want to achieve in life that's more important. If your goal is matching with B.Com, then go for it or else for other. If you don't know which will be a better option for you then without any doubt go for B.Tech. In B.Tech you will learn many new things and also most probably you will know your goal. Also, B.Tech has more opportunities by the way.
