You are eligible to apply in DU. Do consider Correspondence Courses (DU) , IGNOU etc. as options.

You should write a mail immediately to the concerned authorities mentioning all your details like name, registration number, mobile number, mistake which is on score cards, they will revert back to you ASAP. That is the only resolution. Best of luck.
