According to me, B.Com (Hons) is better choice, because it has wide scope. With this course, you will get lot of career opportunity.

Yes, you can get admission for BA Economics, because Maths is not compulsory for Maths. Good luck.

Both colleges are the same. B.Com (H) in itself, from any of DU colleges, has no value unless you want to pursue higher studies after graduation. Try to score good marks (more than 60%) in B.Com (H) or you may also make a choice of doing B.Com H) from correspondence and use the time at hand to crack entrance to CA courses or other professional courses.

Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. Here https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
