Yes, you can do B.Ed after M.Com. B.Ed means Bachelor of education. The minimum marks varies from university to university.

Yes, you must do your graduation because in many posts, graduation is the minimum eligibility.

ENTRANCE PREVIEW
I took many entrance examinations, of which NPAT was one. They never told me my score but just an email which said that I was selected for B.Com (Hons.). There was no particular reason for choosing this course, but if you ask me which course I really wanted, it would be economic hons.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure varies from course to course. For B.Com (Hons.), it is 1,25,000. For B.Tech, it is 2,80,000. It does not have any quota for anyone and has a common entrance examination for everyone I. e., NPAT. CA is a prestigious and highly paid professional course one can choose for his or her career. So yes, you can choose CA even if you have completed your 12th from science.
