Open distance B.Com in Mumbai University: You have to study the whole syllabus, there are higher chances of getting failed. Exam centers are located in any direction (you might or might be not aware of it). Many of my friends failed and then later they joined the college. St Joseph's College of Commerce (SJCC) is an Autonomous College in Bangalore. It is 130+ years old Institute. It has very big name in the city. It doesn't matter. Only your percentage or CGPA will matter in the end, because these marks will be taken into account and not your Board.

As first, BBA is a management course but if you belong to commerce field than you can have a good hold in BBA course as many subjects in BBA are same as commerce like- accounts, economics, business studies, etc.

Dear B.Com graduate in both case distances or regular. You can complete BCA regular from any university. As Diploma any stream can take admission in BCA regular. Graduation in regular have more values than distance. You an complete MCA and Ph.D.
12th is not considered like this in this stream.

Venky is better for B.Com (Hons) while Narsee Monjee is better for management courses. Moreover, it's DU affiliated and is one of the top government colleges for commerce.
