Dear Madhavan,
It is not at all any issue. Your subject concepts can be cleared if you spare extra time for bookkeeping and Accountancy. The subject is really very interesting. The only thing required is your devotion. Take my words your devotion will work wonders for you.

Can I do B.Com in corporate secretaryship if I want to pursue CA?

It doesn't make any difference as CA is a professional certification. Especially when it is B.Com with any specialisation, it becomes an added advantage. Therefore, I personally think you should go ahead with it.
