The eligibility is you must have completed B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A./B.Sc. (Hons)/B.Sc. with the required percentage including all subjects studied at B.A./B.Sc. level except for those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark sheet. The subject in which admission is sought must have been studied in all the three years at the undergraduate level.
Final year appearing candidate can also apply on provisional basis.

See, there are two ways of doing CA. One is after inter, you can do CA from starting or else after undergraduate directly into IPCC which is round 2 and then final. In IPCC, there are two groups which may take around 6-10 months to complete. I hope you got your answer.
