Both courses are good. However, the career opportunities are different & skills required are also different. CS is a professional course where as MBA is a Masters programme. You should evaluate your interests and long term career plans and then take a call.

For getting admissions in MBA, you need to have minimum 50% marks at the graduation level, so I am afraid you will not be able to seek admission in MBA.

No, merit-based admission is only for the students who had pursued their graduation from DU. For others, the entrance test is conducted.

The decision would be based on two factors. Your interest areas and long term career objective. If you want to pursue career in academics, accounts and research, then M.Com could be a better option. However if you want to explore role in general management in other related fields then MBA should be preferred.

It is completely okay to do BBA after your 12th. Now, you may face a little problem when it comes to accounts in the first year because your classmates from commerce backgrounds have prior experience, but don't worry. Putting in even a little extra effort, you can easily do well in your exams. So don't worry about it. Given you have a science background, your analytical skills will be far superior compared to anyone from the commerce background, so when it comes to stats and operations, etc., you will definitely score well.
