It's better to go for B.Com and CS. Both are in line with commerce background. Moreover, with the open options of pursuing Masters after completing your B.Com either M.Com or MBA, it is better to go for the latter combination. BCA plus MBA is also good but not as remunerative as the latter combo.

Absolutely you can take admission in PGDM healthcare management even after passing your graduation from commerce stream. You can choose whatever option you please and for your second query, it is not like that MBA is more valued than PGDM. You degree should be valid and AICTE recognized. Both have the same value. For BCA at Pune University, you need at least 60% aggregate in your class 12th Science with English and atleast 55% in PCM.

Yes, it is helpful because unfortunately B.Com and BA syllabus tally with GS papers apart from the optional subject. So, if you take economics, it is really helpful in the exam, but you have to study very carefully and with clear understanding.
