Hi Dev, Studying abroad and the processes differ from country to country. You have to meet the eligibility criteria and take entrance tests. These are not the same everywhere. You have to therefore choose a country of your choice and apply to a number of universities. This will require you to do some research, you have to visit university websites, the programs, admission deadlines, and fees etc. And decide. As for class 12th requirements, it is better if you have a good first class percentage. Entrance exams generally required are SAT ACT, IELTS and TOEFL.

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding a course in B.Sc from JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science (JSSCACS). You should be able to download college brochure which should guide you regarding cut-offs and minimum percentages required to join this course. For medical shop you have to do D. pharmacy on basis of class 10th, then you will get a license to run your own medical store.

It depends on you, both courses has different career opportunities. B.Com. Programme will develop broad commercial knowledge among the students and build skills vital for professional success.
