Yes, a commerce student is eligible for BBA.
Basically, BBA is for commerce students.

Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET) is organised by the Government of Kerala in order to ensure that teaching standards are maintained for courses taught at Higher Secondary level in the state of Kerala. Thus, in order to be appointed as Higher Secondary School Teachers as well as Non-Vocational Teachers in VHSE, candidates need to clear Kerala SET on priority.

Hi Sukriti,
Yes, you can do it. All you have to do is in whichever university you want to do in distance education I.e. correspondence, you have to get your transfer certificate from your college and mark sheet (optional) and submit in the whichever university you want to study. You will be then directly admitted to final year B.Com in correspondence
