There is no problem for understanding accounting if you are a science student I would like to tell you that accounting is very simple subject and very interesting subject but one thing is there for applying for PO exams you need to just pass your Bachelors (graduation) in any field after that you can apply for bank PO exams the main thing for bank PO exams are you need to focus more on logical reasoning than other subjects and GK is also important for giving such competitive exams.

After doing CS, you can do MBA for getting a good job as you have done the course of Company Secretary after B.Com, it will help you while doing MBA you can choose MBA part-time or full time if you are choosing MBA part time then you are going to do MBA in 3 years but if you choose for full-time MBA at that moment you are going to do MBA degree for only 2 years after having MBA degree with you + CS then you will easily get a job of a manager in any respective company.

Hi,
CS is a nation wide course and anyone registered with the Institute if company secretaries of India can pursue the course.
It's not a course depending on city or your location or anything like that.
The only thing I believe can bother you once you start studying is the coaching facility available at the place where you are, that is if you decide to take coaching classes for the same.
Else your location, be it anywhere is irrelevant.
All the best!
