You can pursue a certificate course online and get a good job. B.Com is a good course and if you manage to do something different, you can avail a plethora of opportunities.

Yes, in any university or colleges for a Bachelor of Commerce degree only. Your percentage in 10+2 matters and there is no other way than this. Alternatively, you may opt for BBA where admission is done by the entrance exam and that becomes your sole factor.

Yes, there is no such restriction so you can do M.Com also along with your CA. However, M.Com does not have any advantage neither for any job in the corporate nor for any value addition on your CA exam. Mostly M.Com is done by those who want to make a career in teaching only.

With CPA if you mean Certified Public Accountant and with CMA if you mean Cost and Management Accounting then these are not offered by universities. These are offered by respective chartered institute such as CPA by CPA UK and this course has no career in India as in India its alternate CA is available
For CMA, you may pursue it from Institute of cost and management accounting.

You may apply to any institute who accept such scores. In Maharashtra, it is available with almost every institute affiliated to a state university. You need to put efforts and search such institutes on your own only. Admission happens normally through state-level CET and process of admission is already started for the current year.
