Eligibility Criteria: Candidates seeking admission should have passed higher secondary examination (XII) with mathematics as a compulsory subject or three year Diploma (any stream) recognized by the Central or State Government with minimum of 50% of aggregate marks (45% aggregate for reserved category) and minimum 40% for SC and ST. Plus, you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by DTE called MH CET and need to clear NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) which is conducted by the Council of Architecture at national level. NATA scores are used by the admission authorities of different govt. organisations, however, if you are interested in design, you may do one year Diploma or 3 years degree in interior designing.

You can get admission in other good colleges and as well in Hindu College. Maybe not in the 1st cut-off, but you can get admission in 3rd or 4th cut-off. You can admission in some other good colleges of DU which suits you and your heart in 1st or 2nd cut-off, and afterwards, if the cut-off of Hindu College comes down, you can take admission in it, but for that, you will have to keep watching the cut-offs carefully. Not only Hindu is a good college, there are some other good colleges like Hansraj, St. Stephen's, Ramjas, Miranda House (for girls), etc. Fill other good universities/colleges forms also. You have got good marks. Rest is in God's hands. Just be patient and lots of best wishes.
