If you want to drop it, then you can go for MBA provided you do MBA from a good college so that it would be better for your future and Career growth.

Ideally, you can if you had mathematics. For certain universities like top ranked University of Alberta, the high school course does not matter. But you will need high CGPA or percentile. Since the admission requirements are different you have to check on the university websites. University of Ottawa, University of Windsor are other good options.
