It is always worth to opt for CA. It would have the same demand until currency exists in India. Due to less pas percentage the number of people entering CA has decreased and it is hard until you clear your final exams. Once you become CA, you can earn as much as you can, but without hard work it is not possible.

Diploma is the course which you can do after your 10th. After 12th from commerce, you can do B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.

Yes you are equally eligible. There is nothing like pre-cutoff for writing CAT. Once you get percentile score and depending upon your past achievements the call has to be made whose weightage differs for different IIMs.
