Along with B.Com, you can pursue certificate in accounting technician course from ICMAI (CMA) or SAP in finance and accounts from a recognised institute. Thereafter, you will have good job opportunites in different companies if not, then you can appear for SSC, UPSC, and bank PO exams.

As per your statement, you want to pursue Masters in psychology. You want to pursue Ph.D too. The eligibility criteria for Ph.D will depend on the specialization you opt for in Masters.

Accounting and IT are two different fields. For example, you need to opt for mathematics in HSC in order to pursue HSC.
You should opt for either M.Com or MCA.

After completing B.Com you can appear for civil services examination, you don't need to pursue any other course. You are advised to do self-assessment or ask your teachers for the same to check your readiness to appear for civil services examination, and if there are gaps, you may take external help in the form of coaching to crack civil services examinations

In the majority of universities, eligibility criteria for M.Com is B.Com or equivalent graduation degree. Some universities also allow applicants from other streams like BBS, BFIA, BBA and BEE. You are not eligible to do M.Com because of your BCA degree. You are advised to do B.Com through distance, and then opt for M.Com.
