It depends on your study schedule, if you have taken commerce in 11th and 12th then you will not be having any problem in scoring good in B.Com because you may get financial accounting and other subjects in this course. I would suggest you to concentrate more on accounting subjects and make a schedule for yourself about how to study.

There are no good jobs available after B.Com. so, further studies is suggested after the same.

With this percentage you can apply for these programs but you need to check, in particular, university for the eligibility if you are looking for regular mode:
Travel and tourism
Mass communication
Development studies
Advertising and marketing management
PR and event management
Journalism
Social work

You have to join any institute for English communication course like British council.
They have programmes for basic learner that will help you to catch the English medium and according to me, you should go for advance level in the same for your future growth.

As an international student, you will be allowed to work after graduation. It is advisable, you enroll into a two year Masters degree course for better prospects of work and PR. You can look for entry requirements on the university website. You should take IELTS or TOEFL.

As package is concerned, first option is much better. It depends on institutes and its ranking. Second option is better, if you want to make your career in education sector.
