BBA and B.Com can be considers, if you want to move in the same stream. Otherwise, media and associated humanities domains are open.

All the courses, which you have mentioned are really good options and considered as one of the prestigious courses to pursue. If you ask me, I would suggest you to go for MBA as it is as beneficial and it takes less amount of time to complete MBA compared to other 2 courses. But yes, if you're really into mathematics and enjoy your time doing calculations, CA is the best option for you irrespective of the duration of the course and difficulty level.

As per norms, you are not eligible.

Dear Candidate,
As per AICTE norms, you are not eligible for MBA. So, I suggest you for PGDM/PGDBM course which are more than similar to MBA.

After 12th, there are lots of career options to pursue but what your interest is the matter for your good career like:
BBA + MBA
B.Com + CA, etc.

Bachelor of computer application is the best if you have interest and good memory. It is an easy course and you should study well.
