If you have a gap of one year between your graduation and MBA, then you need not to worry. If the gap is of more than 1 year, then you need to give an apt clarification.

You should pursue MBA after completing B.Com. MBA has a very vast scope, and you can also get good salary packages.

There is no concept of article ship in ICWAI. If you qualify ICWAI level2 i.e intermediate, You would be eligible to get a job through ICWAI in any company. The work experience will enable you to learn accountancy, practically. With the minimum gap of 1 year, you enroll for final exams of ICWAI. If your institute is recognized by UGC or AICTE, then you won't face any problem in pursuing MBA.
