If you could share your work experience, it would be easy to assess your profile. USA otherwise is a difficult destination as the H1 B visa release is very limited for a year.

you can go for commerce or arts.
mostly arts as your maths is not very good and commerce needs maths

u can choose any subject that interests you. study hard then its possible to get a good job

You can go for computer course such as Advance Excel and Tally or Office Administration Course which can easily provide you job in short span of time after completion.

MBA would be better.
Better go for more reference and take further step in your career.

It is very unfortunate that you were detained as you were unable to concentrate on your studies due to your father's illness. I wish your father a steady recovery.
Also, now concentrate on your studies. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. See now a days it's very tough to get job after B.com unless you have done it from SRCC or so. so it is advisable to choose further studies.now question is what in further studies?
MBA- Considering your time constraint it is best for you.prepare for coming IIFT/CAT/XAT/SNAP so after completing you get placed in good company with good package.
