You can cover up your expenses in two years. However, with same or less cost if you are getting options in Canada, you should consider that as well.

Yes you are eligible to change to Commerce stream as it's allowed by some universities. You may have to put extra effort to learn basics of Accounting & Commerce. By the way you can do MBA as a Science graduate also.

You can prefer the following UG courses after your 12 standard.
B.Com
B.C.S
B.B.A
You can also go for some ERP (Tally, SAP) courses while performing your UG, which will help you in your career.
After your UG, you can choose the following streams in your PG
M.Com
M.B.A
Also you can do professional Accountancy courses like
CA
ICWA or CWA
ACS
