The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program is a professional credential offered internationally by the American-based CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research, or AIMR) to investment and financial professionals. A candidate who successfully completes the program and meets other professional requirements is awarded the "CFA charter" and becomes a "CFA charterholder". You can cover up your expenses in two years. However, with same or less cost if you are getting options in Canada, you should consider that as well.

Yes you are eligible to change to Commerce stream as it's allowed by some universities. You may have to put extra effort to learn basics of Accounting & Commerce. By the way you can do MBA as a Science graduate also.

B.C.S
B.B.A
You can also go for some ERP (Tally, SAP) courses while performing your UG, which will help you in your career.
After your UG, you can choose the following streams in your PG

M.B.A
Also you can do professional Accountancy courses like
