For Masters program your IELTS score is ok as most of the countries asked for 6.5 IELTS for masters. if you just looking for visa chances then may be UK would be best because of their point based system otherwise you can apply for Europe or USA also. As per SAVIS report the number of students going to USA from India has grown by 31% this year in comparison to last and currently India stands on 2nd rank after China in terms of students going to USA from India. so you can apply for USA also as they are offering good OPT and CPT option at the moment to students which helps them in doing job with stay back option .

After passing of companies act 2013 scope of both CS and CWA has increased
But overall opportunities for CS are more since they can work in roles like compliance which fetches lot of money for CS professional
There is also due diligence and secretarial audit in which CS can work
Other areas are tax filing , document validation etc
CWA can perform cost audit internal audit he can also offer various accounting services CWA has major role in manufacturing and service industries and somewhat for management accounting like company ratios
While CS can be appointed in many sectors hence larger area
Therefore go fo CS

Dear Priyanka,
Apart from MBA, you can pursue CPA or CFA. CPA is recognized in many other countries as well but if we talk about global recognition i will suggest you to opt for CFA. its globally recognized, in demand, good career opportunities ahead.
apart from above mentioned one's you can pursue MBA- in Business analytics or International business highly valued and in so much demand in industry since all the corporations are going global now.
good luck.
feel free to ask if you have any other queries.
